Job Summary
Customer Success Specialist role in Almaty, Kazakhstan for NIQ. Focused on transitioning clients to One Platform (Discover), onboarding and training, driving platform adoption and ROI, and building client intimacy. Includes cross-sell/upsell opportunities, coordinating client services regionally, and delivering high-level presentations and actionable recommendations. Requires solid market and POS data knowledge, and Certified CSM credentials (startrack, discover, predict, and consumer certificate). Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics/Math/Accounting/Business Administration/Economics/Engineering or equivalent experience; new graduates or 1-2 years in Marketing/Sales in Consumer Electronics or Retail Category Management a plus. English proficiency, strong presentation and communication skills, curiosity, and entrepreneurial mindset. Living in Almaty.
