Job Summary

Customer Success Advocate on the Global SMB Customer Success Team focused on ensuring customer delight for a large volume of SaaS customers. Serve as the first point of contact, manage onboarding, training, and integration for new customers, monitor usage and health metrics, gather feedback, drive adoption, and collaborate with Sales to identify upsell and renewal opportunities. Build and execute customer success plans aligned with business objectives and advocate for customers internally to help drive retention and revenue growth. Requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with product and sales teams. Provides a path to leveraging AI tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight) to support success outcomes. Degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience) and 2+ years in customer success or account management are preferred.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 2+ years experience in customer success or account management (within SaaS/technology)
  • Experience managing a large volume account set (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM software and Gainsight platforms (a plus)
