Customer Success Advisor role in ASEAN focused on transforming customer value with Autodesk solutions. Responsibilities include using data-triggered signals to proactively engage customers, establishing adoption strategies to increase product usage, identifying at-risk accounts and realigning them toward success, and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Renewals, Channel Partners, Support, and Services to support customer outcomes.
