Customer Success Account Manager

Job Summary
Own the customer relationship post-sale for assigned accounts, driving onboarding, renewals, license/subscription renewals, and overall value realization. Establish cadence and success planning, manage account health and escalations, coordinate renewals through Salesforce, identify services opportunities, and provide input to account strategy. Maintain customer intelligence, enable cross-functional coordination, and advocate for customers while supporting enterprise expansion and renewal activities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in a customer-facing role with senior customer stakeholders and operational project teams
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage customer expectations
- Strong organizational skills to manage renewals, escalations, and multiple priorities
- Strong negotiation, commercial awareness, and value-based selling skills with upsell/cross-sell capability
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Professional Services, Application Engineering, Project Management, Presales, and Finance
