Job Summary
Customer Success Account Manager, Disclosure Engagement responsible for directly engaging critical disclosers within the London/EMEA region to ensure retention and positive outcomes. Responsibilities include proactively managing a portfolio of critical disclosers and enhanced admin fee payers, understanding their needs related to environmental disclosure, guiding them through CDP questionnaires and scoring, collaborating with Relationship Managers to support lead generation, and coordinating with Customer Support and the Regional Engagement Lead to resolve escalations. Requires building strong relationships, delivering tailored guidance, and sharing knowledge across the team. Strong emphasis on sustainability topics (climate change, deforestation, water security, biodiversity, plastics), advanced communication, stakeholder management, and proficiency with CRM systems; ability to work in a hybrid office structure.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer success, account management, or related field in a B2B environment.
- Interest in sustainability issues (climate change, deforestation, water security, biodiversity, plastics).
- Ability to learn complex environmental disclosure requirements and CDP questionnaires and scoring methodology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with disclosure customers.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and related software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team; alignment with CDP’s mission and values.
