Job Summary
Provide operational support for a portfolio of transactional accounts by coordinating pickup and delivery requests, resolving AR/AP issues, and delivering world-class customer service. You will manage entry of pickup/delivery requests, maintain account profiles, and collaborate with internal and external partners to meet customer expectations. Requires a high school diploma (2-year degree preferred) and 1+ years in customer service or logistics; must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); strong written and verbal communication; ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment and proactively identify where help is needed. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; 2-year community college or vocational degree highly preferred
- 1+ years' experience in customer service or logistics
- Proven track record in handling multiple task and problem solving when handling difficult customer issues
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures with little to no oversight
- Clear, concise communication skills both written and verbal
- Enjoy working in a fast pace team environment and able to collaborate with others
