Job Summary
Central point of contact for builders, supervisors and construction managers, handling onboarding, account administration, reporting, after-sales support, and ongoing customer engagement for BuildCam services. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, onboarding, CRM data accuracy, preparing reports, supporting proposals and quotations, and identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and service delivery. Requires 3+ years in customer experience/success; experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot or similar); familiarity with construction or service industries; based in Arundel, Australia; permanent full-time role with Monday–Friday daytime hours.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in customer experience, customer success, account support, sales administration
- Experience managing customer enquiries and building strong client relationships
- Exposure to construction, building, or service-based industries
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot or similar) and Microsoft Outlook/Excel
Desired Qualifications

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
