Customer Specialist - 12-Month FTC

Provide front-line guidance and support to customers, triaging inbound inspection requests and coordinating activities with Engineer Surveyors and Regional Managers. Create and dispatch jobs, maintain reporting standards, and ensure accurate communication throughout the inspection process. Contribute to continuous service improvement by identifying issues, escalating disruptions, and supporting the preparation of operational reports while adhering to company policies and health and safety requirements. This 12-month FTC role in Manchester (Hybrid) requires fluency in Microsoft and Field Service Applications, with a focus on delivering an excellent service experience and protecting people, assets, and businesses.
