Customer Solutions Third Party Specialist

Job Summary
Manage daily vendor workload including account assignments, recalls, affidavits, settlement processing, and system updates. Monitor third-party performance using reporting and scorecards to ensure alignment with contractual requirements and Key Performance Indicators. Handle inbound calls regarding charged-off accounts and resolve customer or vendor complaints involving regulatory compliance, FDCPA, UDAAP, and Fair Lending. Document ongoing performance reviews with vendors to address regulatory changes and service expectations while maintaining strict adherence to bank policies. Partner with Line of Business leadership and the Third-Party Management Team to uphold vendor monitoring requirements and risk management standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Collections, Legal Matters or Vendor Management
- Advanced knowledge of FDCPA, industry regulatory requirements and law
- Understanding of collections practices, policies, and procedures
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff level, senior leadership, attorneys, and other industry professionals
- Excellent customer service skills with both external and internal customers
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment and interact with employees and all levels of the organizations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to achieve goals and meet demanding timelines
