Customer Solutions Specialist

Job Summary
Prepare and manage customer quotes within ERP systems, track open quotes to support order conversion, and coordinate with Sales and Purchasing to obtain pricing and finalize cost build-ups. Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding order status and inquiries, maintaining accurate records and documentation to ensure seamless execution. Monitor key performance indicators such as quote turnaround time and conversion rates to identify efficiency improvements and assist teams in adapting to new workflows. Work onsite Monday through Friday in a manufacturing facility, supporting continuous improvement initiatives across sales operations and system usage.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative coordination
- Experience with ERP systems
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to stand, walk, ascend and decend stairs, and move throughout the facility
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 10 pounds
- Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Business, Operations, or related field
