Job Summary
Customer Solutions Specialists will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned external customers, spearheading resolution of inbound/outbound shipments and inventory issues. Responsibilities include processing orders in Ravago Baytown’s WMS and NEO, coordinating shipment appointments with transportation, monitoring orders from receipt through loading, and escalating inventory or order issues. The role requires building customer relationships through proactive communication, collaborating with Quality to address discrepancies, and ensuring on-time shipment and proper documentation. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office, a can-do attitude, strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities, and at least 2 years of experience in a customer service/receiving role with inventory experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service / receiving role
- Inventory experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures
- Functional knowledge of a warehouse environment
