Job Summary
Customer Solutions Specialist (Industrial Industry) provides best-in-class service by listening to customer needs and offering knowledgeable solutions via phone or email; enters sales orders upon receipt of purchase orders and provides future forecasting, prepares accurate price quotes including shipping charges and delivery dates; stays current with product knowledge to advise customers on best options; responds to inquiries regarding adjustments, returns, credits, or shipment tracking; collaborates with Regional Sales Manager to support the sales lifecycle and acts as a consultative resource to guide product selection; sets up client accounts in the internal CRM and maintains all necessary client information.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Intermediate experience using Microsoft office Suite
