Job Summary
Customer Solutions Specialist (Parts Expert) handles pricing, quote generation, parts identification, shipping, tracking, and returns as part of a high-volume inbound customer-service role. Expect 50-70 calls per day plus email; collaborate with customers, manufacturers, and internal teams to meet customer needs, maintain Parts Town quality standards, and exceed expectations. Requires at least 1 year in customer service, strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities, solid computer skills, and proficient English; bilingual is a plus. Hybrid schedule with weekday shifts (M-F 12:00 PM–9:00 PM EST; training weeks 10:00 AM–7:00 PM EST). Perks include quarterly profit-sharing bonus, benefits, 401(k) with match, and IT stipend.
Required Qualifications
