Job Summary
Communicate with customers by telephone, virtually, or in-person to assess goals, provide information, and assist job seekers in transitioning to new positions. Review and identify job opportunities to provide referrals, while advising clients on local market resources, resume development, and interview techniques. Develop cooperative relationships with internal teams, the public, and external partners to improve workforce services and meet labor market needs. Contribute to performance goals by following up with customers and performing other duties as assigned. Requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and six months of relevant experience; bilingual skills in English and Spanish are strongly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Proof of insurance
- Good driving record
