Job Summary
Customer Solutions Representative builds relationships with customers to access workforce services within the Career Centers and through referrals to community partners. Duties include communicating with customers by telephone, virtually, or in-person to assess goals, identify job opportunities, provide referrals to qualified candidates, advise on local job market and available services (resume development, applications, interview techniques, proper dress), and developing cooperative relationships with internal teams and external partners. Requires strong customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities, along with the ability to learn computer systems; bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred. Flexible office-based role with occasional travel, in-office expectations, and emphasis on improving workforce services and meeting performance goals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance with good driving record
- Six months of relevant experience preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
