Job Summary
Lead a portfolio of strategic European accounts in a B2B SaaS environment, driving adoption, retention, and expansion; own onboarding improvements and drive user adoption through automation while coordinating with the AE team on upsells/cross-sells. Prepare and lead annual business reviews with stakeholders up to C-level, surface actionable product insights, and evolve toward a lead role for the Customer Success team. Requires 5+ years in Customer Success/Account Management or Sales in a B2B SaaS environment, strong consultative skills, English (German ideally), and EU-based eligibility for employment; remote-hybrid work in Berlin or Vienna is supported.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management or Sales in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven track record of managing accounts and driving net revenue retention growth through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells
- Strong consultative skills and ability to translate customer needs into outcomes
- Experience in an account management or hybrid Customer Success / Solution Engineering role with commercial responsibility
- Hands-on IC mindset with close customer process involvement
- Strong English communication skills and German fluency preferred
- Based in Europe with citizenship or active working visa or joining as a full-time contractor
