Customer Solutions Facilitator

Facilitate job-readiness classes, workshops, and orientations using instructional techniques like simulations, team exercises, and group discussions. Interview customers to assess employment information and determine career development opportunities. Educate participants on center services, including WorkInTexas tools and resume programs, while assisting with registrations and data entry in real time. Coordinate job readiness activities to support work experience and establish linkages to community resources. Collaborate with Business Solutions Representatives and Career Center staff to improve services and meet labor market needs. Proactively seek ways to enhance workforce services and ensure customers have a meaningful experience. Escort customers to satisfaction surveys and perform other duties as assigned.
