Customer Solutions Facilitator

Facilitate job-readiness classes, workshops, and orientations using simulations, team exercises, videos, or lectures to help customers maintain or improve job skills. Interview customers to assess employment information and determine career development opportunities, while educating them on center services including WorkInTexas self-directed job search tools, typing tutorials, and resume programs. Input all service data in real time into WorkInTexas and TWIST systems, ensuring accuracy and proper registration completion. Collaborate with Business Solutions Representatives and Career Center staff to discuss service improvements and meet labor market needs, while identifying community resources to assist customers with specific needs. Escort customers to satisfaction survey computers and proactively seek ways to improve workforce services. Requires knowledge of workforce development, economic development, and project management, along with exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to handle diverse customers and stressful situations. Valid driver's license with good driving record required; bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
