Job Summary
Design and deliver innovative cloud solutions focusing on FinOps and AWS cost optimization by collaborating with sales and customer success teams. Perform comprehensive assessments of clients' existing AWS architectures to identify cost optimization opportunities and provide expert guidance on AWS services and best practices. Be a technical resource during the pre-sales process to understand business needs, translate them into technical specifications, and estimate project timelines. Collaborate with internal teams to define requirements, create solution designs leveraging the nOps API, and oversee successful deployments while adhering to AWS standards. Assist in troubleshooting complex technical and cost issues related to AWS infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with highly-available, fault-tolerant architectures on AWS
- Previous experience in pre-sales or equivalent company-internal strategic roadmap influence
- AWS DevOps Pro, Specialty Certifications
- Ability to assess and align business and technical strategy with customer needs
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Superb presentation & leadership skills, ability to tailor conversations to technical SMEs through executive leadership audiences
- Ability to travel
