Job Summary
Champion the customer as the technical voice within Collate, influencing roadmap delivery and ensuring success. Guide architecture and best practices for data discovery, observability, governance, lineage, and security design. Accelerate adoption by helping customers operationalize AI Agents and metadata-driven workflows to increase trust and productivity. Solve complex problems by troubleshooting customer environments alongside engineers and educate teams through technical workshops. Drive value by presenting business reviews on technical health and adoption opportunities. Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to mature customer data practices.
