Job Summary
Customer Solutions Aftermarket Sales Representative at Caterpillar focuses on leading dealer relationships to market Caterpillar aftermarket products and services. Responsibilities include developing dedicated solutions for business growth, designing and leading annual business plans with sales targets and related KPIs, guiding dealers on forecast, sales strategy planning, and rollout of new products, conducting regular sales performance reviews, and driving opportunities identification, customer satisfaction, and relationship enhancement. Key skills include customer focus, industry knowledge, relationship management, business development, and value selling. Travel expectation is approximately 50%, and the role is onsite five days a week. Basic requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and pre-advanced English.
