Job Summary
Manage end-to-end case resolution and customer lifecycle operations for B2B, Dealer, and Fleet businesses. Ensure key customer master setup and configuration align with commercial agreements while driving process improvements across sales channels. Collaborate cross-functionally with GBS, logistics, finance, and technology teams to resolve escalations and remove customer struggles. Take ownership of daily operational activities within a flow-to-work team, utilizing analytical skills to identify trends and support business growth. Work in a fast-paced environment managing allocated cases against KPIs as part of a squad team in Pune, India, with a hybrid schedule from 3:00 AM to 12:00 noon (IST).
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- Background in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Data/Analytics
- Experience of minimum 3 to 5 Years in Supply chain Back ground
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment servicing multiples Sales Channels with competing priorities
- Effective Collaborator – successful working cross functionally to resolve struggles & improve the customer experience holistically
- Work both autonomously and as part of a team in day-to-day operations, manage allocated cases in line with KPI's
- High attention to detail to ensure system changes are checked and accurate
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Analytical and data driven – keen eye for analysing trends and identifying cause-and-effect relations
