Job Summary
Speak with inbound and selected outbound prospects to understand their farming or project requirements. Ask the right questions to identify problems, constraints, and goals. Conduct follow-up video meetings to explain suitable solutions clearly and confidently. Maintain structured records of customer discussions, requirements, and recommendations. Coordinate internally to ensure accurate proposals and smooth follow-ups. This role begins as a 3-month unpaid internship, with successful candidates offered a full-time position starting at ₹25,000 per month. Join City Greens, an AgriTech startup building automation and AI-driven solutions for Controlled Environment Agriculture, to help modern farms improve productivity and sustainability.
Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi
- Ability to listen carefully and explain ideas clearly
