Job Summary
Lead and supervise a team of Customer Service Administrators and Warehouse Operatives in a temperature-controlled logistics environment; coordinate workloads, manage customer accounts and invoices, ensure staffing coverage, maintain safety and compliance, monitor performance, and act as deputy Site Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a supervisory or team leader role
- Strong people management and communication skills
- IT literate with strong administrative and numerical skills
- Experience in logistics, warehousing or distribution (preferred)
- Ability to implement operational and Health & Safety procedures
- Comfortable working in a cold store environment
- Experience in temperature-controlled logistics is an advantage, but not essential.
