Job Summary

Technical Support: acts as a primary technical contact for customers, troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues in C++ and Linux; supports integration of our product APIs into customer environments; investigates issues in real time via remote sessions and live environments; collaborates with Core Software and internal teams to improve products and customer experience; travels overseas for on-site customer support as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • 2:1 degree or above in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related discipline
  • C++ knowledge
  • Linux experience
  • Experience writing and debugging software
  • Networking knowledge and troubleshooting
  • Clear communication skills
  • Willingness to travel overseas for short customer support trips
