Customer Services Representative (Virtual Data Rooms)

Job Summary
Provide first-line technical and operational support via phone and email as the primary contact for clients across France, Italy, and Spain. Guide users through platform features, workflows, and best practices while assisting with user management, permissions, document organization, and reporting. Deliver engaging online training sessions to maximize platform capabilities and investigate issues through effective troubleshooting and collaboration with internal technical teams. Monitor requests to ensure timely deliverables, maintain accurate records of interactions and billing information, and coordinate cross-functional outcomes. Work onsite in Barcelona or Madrid from 09:00 to 18:00 Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent
- Native-level fluency in both French and Italian
- Advanced professional proficiency in English
- 2+ years' experience in a B2B customer-facing role, such as Customer Support, Client Services, or Technical Support
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, customer-first mindset
- Highly motivated team player with strong interpersonal and active listening skills
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Confidence working with technology and the ability to quickly learn new software platforms
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure to meet strict deadlines
- Availability to work full-time onsite (09:00-18:00 Monday to Friday) onsite from our Barcelona or Madrid office
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a SaaS, Software or Technology company
- Exposure to Financial Services, Investment Banking, Legal Services, or other highly regulated industries
- Familiarity with VDRs, secure document management, transaction support, or confidential information handling.
