Job Summary
Customer Services Representative (Verification of Benefits) handles incoming calls from patients, attorneys, and insurers to resolve billing questions and explain revenue-cycle outcomes. Must understand payor and state regulations, be familiar with medical insurance terminology, and communicate effectively in both oral and written forms. Position is REMOTE with responsibilities including policy adherence and other duties as assigned; requires a high school diploma (GED acceptable) and prior healthcare or call center experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- 1 year of related healthcare and/or call center experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of Medical Insurance terminology
- Effective oral and written communication skills

- Reliable, team-oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills
