Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service to BMO customers and prospects, identify customer needs, and provide guidance on financial solutions. Engage customers in needs-based conversations, initiate referrals to BMO colleagues, and assist with banking services including transactions. Promote digital and self-serve options to streamline banking. Maintain knowledge of personal banking products, risk and regulatory requirements, and compliance processes. Collaborate within the branch and across channels to enhance the customer experience, support operational activities, and contribute to branch business results. May work at multiple branches or channels; schedule may vary by market needs. Requires a professional presence, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to changing customer and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- No prior experience necessary; post-secondary degree or certification in related field of study is desirable.
