Customer Services Rep

Job Summary
Provide front-line customer service by handling inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism; process returns, exchanges, and service cases (CFS, PMP, DOA) in line with policies; promote services/products and upsell where appropriate; maintain accurate transactions, protect customer data, and adhere to SOPs; build product knowledge and participate in training to support customer satisfaction KPIs; requires bilingual Arabic and English communication, basic computer/POS/CRM proficiency, and flexibility for shifts including weekends; location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher; Diploma/bachelor’s degree preferred
- 0–2 years of customer service or retail experience
- Strong communication skills in Arabic & English
- Basic computer literacy and POS/CRM system knowledge
- Customer-oriented with problem-solving ability
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and peak seasons
