Customer Services Project Manager

Job Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact for cinema customers, ensuring their needs and visions are realized. Lead cross-functional teams to coordinate seamless projection system rollouts and HDR solution implementations. Define project scope, track progress, and mitigate risks for on-time, on-budget delivery. Build relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project milestones and driving continuous improvement through customer feedback analysis. Participate in customer meetings and on-site support.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years in project management, ideally in cinema technology, AV systems, or entertainment tech
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Tech savvy with project management tools
