Job Summary
Customer Service Coordinator role focused on order entry, inside sales, and administration within a collaborative team. Responsibilities include troubleshooting customer-owned equipment to minimize downtime, coordinating the return of materials for repairs, processing in-house service events, accurately entering customer data, agreements, return authorizations, sales orders, and invoices, maintaining customer master data, handling invoice disputes, and supporting Field Sales, Distributors, Dealers, and Customers via phone, email, and web. Must be able to troubleshoot products, work with cross-functional teams, and use Microsoft Office extensively; experience with SAP, LMS systems, and vendor management is preferred. The role emphasizes delivering fast and effective service, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
