Job Summary
Build and maintain strong relationships with a UK network of partners and deliver outstanding customer service by effectively addressing customer queries, recording processes in Salesforce, negotiating with suppliers for cost-effective waste solutions, and managing your own workload to contribute to team targets. Gain knowledge of the client’s industry and craft bespoke solutions while ensuring compliance with legislation, service provision and margin. Based in Newark, Nottinghamshire, with onsite work arrangement and opportunities to develop through training and career progression.
Required Qualifications
- Delivered outstanding customer service in a previous role
- Ability to work independently and manage time while being an effective team member
- Grade C in Math’s & English GCSE
- Basic IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
