Job Summary
Conduct installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of XRF and XRD instruments across the APAC installed base. Troubleshoot customer problems, coordinate corrective actions, and perform preventative maintenance per factory guidelines. Provide service support and basic training post-installation while managing spare part handling and service administration reports. Adhere to Malvern Panalytical and customer safety protocols, including remote or on-site availability after hours and holidays. Support additional SEMI products such as MRDs and Wafer Analysers.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Related
- Able to read electronic drawings
- Able to read technical manual in English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- MS office proficiency
- Able to travel both domestically and internationally on short notice
- Can provide remote or on-site support after work hours and on holidays
Desired Qualifications
- 2~4 years of experience in maintaining analytical instruments or semiconductor equipment
