Job Summary
Customer Services Contractor role focused on providing insured-customer support across insurance policy management, renewals, billing inquiries, and claims coordination. You will serve as the primary contact for client inquiries about coverage, premiums, endorsements, and renewals; assist with policy updates, documentation, and compliance; support claims processing with documentation and coordination with adjusters; and collaborate across agents, producers, underwriters, and account executives to deliver accurate, timely, and professional service via phone, email, and digital channels.
