Job Summary
Customer Services Co-ordinator at Aliaxis responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, managing the full sales order process from enquiry to delivery, coordinating with internal teams, handling concerns and complaints, and identifying sales opportunities. Requires customer service experience (preferably in manufacturing or B2B), clear communication skills, strong relationship-building abilities, proactive and self-managing approach, commercial awareness, and proficiency in MS Office with ERP experience (ideally Dynamics AX12). Hybrid working schedule (2 days per week from home) across Cannock and Ashford UK locations.
