Job Summary
Leads the Billing customer service team to deliver a world-class customer experience by coaching staff, coordinating with departmental leaders, and ensuring adherence to policies and accreditation requirements. The role provides quality service, effective communication between staff and customers, and ongoing education and feedback to team members. Responsibilities include resolving day-to-day issues, reporting problems to the supervisor, and maintaining a customer-centric mindset while aligning with established procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and knowledge of healthcare administration and billing processes (Billing/Revenue Cycle) are essential, with preferred familiarity in Avaya phone systems, CMS, and Avaya Contact Recorder.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in business administration or healthcare administration
- previous experience in customer service in a Call Center environment
