Job Summary
Customer Services Associate responsible for executing accounting activities related to accounts receivable (order entry, invoicing, collections, reporting such as aging and collection analysis, intercompany billings, returns, trade allowances and revenue recognition) and managing customer services, maintaining accounting records, reconciling and overseeing AR processes in compliance with Turkish regulations, IFRS, AML, JTI policies, JSOX and internal controls. Role involves keeping master data records, supervising AR processes, supporting legal requests, credit management, and SAP/e-transition tasks (e-delivery, e-invoice, e-ledger). Hybrid working options are available (up to 50% remote) with a base in Izmir/Torbali, Turkey. Required Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics and/or other similar sciences
- Minimum 3 years of Accounting experience preferably in a multinational company
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Advanced level of MS Office knowledge
- Familiar SAP/HANA will be asset
