Provide business operations support to the Vehicle Finance team by assisting retail and corporate customers with necessary documents and after-sales services. Update deal additional information (DIM) in the core banking system, arrange file archiving post-payment, and manage daily activities including amendments, blocking releases, insurance, and plate number changes. Maintain quality and compliance management while ensuring strict adherence to bank policies, procedures, and SOPs. Handle internal and external queries efficiently, prepare IPGs for corporate customers, and serve as a backup for all operational work and customer service issues.
