Job Summary
Answer inbound customer support, sales, or technical support calls for clients including a premier cable company, a temporary vacation rental app, and a 24/7 roadside assistance provider. Utilize multiple systems to perform duties while maintaining top-notch customer service, listening skills, and a strong work ethic in a quiet environment. Select one of several industry-leading clients to service, with pay ranging from $9 to $15 per hour depending on the client chosen. You must sign a Non Disclosure Agreement before accessing specific client identities. This role requires independent contractor status with no cold calling allowed.
