Customer Service - Winners Circle

Greet guests upon entering, guide them through the Midway experience, and bid farewell while ensuring every interaction remains positive and welcoming. Deliver an unparalleled guest experience by managing wait times, answering questions, and making recommendations on food, drinks, and games. Assist with game play by notifying Support Technicians as needed, while maintaining proper cost controls through accurate ticket weighing and merchandise scanning. Stock, display, and secure all merchandise; reconcile tickets and inventory; and ensure all areas are clean, organized, and up to standard. Discuss problem areas with the manager and maintain a cooperative working climate with all team members.
