Job Summary
Welcomes Guests and delivers a positive guest experience at Dave & Buster's Winner’s Circle, guiding guests through the Midway experience. Requires clear communication, ability to handle multiple duties, assist guests with requests, provide game assistance, manage merchandise and tickets, maintain displays and cleanliness, and collaborate with team members and managers. Flexible schedules to accommodate school or other jobs; friendly, professional demeanor; capable of standing and moving for long periods in a fast-paced environment; physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Must be at least 16 years old and available for days, nights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Be able to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required.
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
- Walk or stand for 100% of shift.
