Job Summary
Welcome guests with a friendly, enthusiastic demeanor and guide them through the Midway experience. Deliver an exceptional guest experience by answering questions, assisting with game-related requests, and making recommendations. Maintain merchandise displays, weigh and reconcile tickets, restock supplies, and ensure areas are clean and organized. Communicate with supervisors to resolve issues, provide timely information to Guests, Team Members, and Managers, and support the team to promote guest satisfaction. This role requires flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends, and is suitable for individuals 16 years of age or older. The position emphasizes teamwork, guest engagement, and a positive atmosphere in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to work days, nights, and weekends
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Read and write handwritten notes
- Walk or stand for long periods
- Friendly, positive attitude and good communication
- Ability to provide excellent guest service and assist with requests
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage tickets and merchandise inventory
