Job Summary
Greet guests upon entering, guide them through the Midway experience, and answer questions while managing wait times. Provide game assistance by notifying Support Technicians as needed and bid farewell to guests, ensuring they feel satisfied and welcome back. Maintain the Winner's Circle by stocking, displaying, and securing merchandise; reconcile tickets and inventory; and bring all areas up to standard through regular cleaning and organization. Assist other Team Members and discuss problem areas with the Manager to foster a cooperative climate. Work days, nights, and weekends in a noisy, fast-paced environment, lifting up to 30 pounds and standing for long periods.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- Work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- Read and write handwritten notes
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- Walk or stand 100% of shift
- Reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
- Be friendly and able to smile frequently
