Customer Service / Winner's Circle Staff

Greet guests upon entering, guide them through the Midway experience, and deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games. Manage wait times, answer requests, and provide game assistance by notifying Support Technicians or Management as needed. Bid farewell to guests, notify managers of unhappy guests, and ensure all areas are up to standard. Stock, display, and secure merchandise; reconcile tickets and inventory; and check for restocking of necessary supplies. Maintain proper cost controls, clean displays, and position items to increase guest traffic. Work days, nights, and weekends in a noisy, fast-paced environment while lifting up to 30 pounds. Foster a cooperative working climate with team members.
