Customer Service - Winner's Circle

As a Winner's Circle Team Member at Dave & Buster's, you will provide an exceptional Guest experience by guiding them through the Midway, maintaining a positive and enthusiastic demeanor, addressing their needs, and managing wait times. Responsibilities include greeting Guests, assisting with game-related issues, ensuring cleanliness and organization of the area, executing ticket and merchandise reconciliation, and collaborating with Team Members to create a cooperative work environment. You must be prepared to work flexible hours, including days, nights, and weekends in a fast-paced, noisy environment.
