Job Summary
Greet guests upon entering, guide them through the Midway experience, and answer questions while making recommendations on items. Provide game assistance by notifying Support Technicians or Management as needed, bid farewell to guests leaving, and notify the Manager of any unhappy guests. Manage wait times, perform multiple job functions with a positive attitude, and ensure all areas are up to standard. Stock, display, and secure merchandise; reconcile tickets and inventory; weigh tickets and scan merchandise for cost controls; and check for restocking of supplies. Work days, nights, and weekends in a noisy, fast-paced environment, lifting up to 30 pounds and standing 100% of shift.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- Work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- Read and write handwritten notes
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Walk or stand 100% of shift
- Reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
