Job Summary
Customer Service Warehouse Associate responsible for delivering excellent customer service in-store and as a delivery driver. Duties include greeting and assisting customers, providing product information, pricing and feature comparisons, cross-selling, stocking shelves, processing returns, following delivery routes and schedules, loading/unloading delivery vehicles, complying with DOT regulations and safety standards, and assisting the store manager with maintaining customer satisfaction and store profitability.
Required Qualifications
- Valid professional driver’s license
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Basic math skills
- Customer orientation
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Good driving record with no traffic violations
