Customer Service (w/m/d) - Spedition & Logistik

Manage and advise national and international customers on order acceptance, data entry, and processing for land, sea, and air freight. Perform proactive shipment tracking and ensure smooth operational workflows through communication with partners, drivers, and internal teams. Handle customer complaints with solution-oriented support while creating and maintaining reports and documentation. Requires a completed commercial training, preferably in logistics, with relevant customer service experience and strong English skills.
