Job Summary
Deliver vehicles directly to customers’ doors as part of Carvana’s car hauler operations. Responsibilities include loading/unloading vehicles onto haulers, conducting safety inspections of the hauler, completing customer paperwork, and maintaining thorough notes in the tracking system. Role requires physical work (lifting up to 50 lbs), driving with a clean record, and adherence to CMV policies. Candidates must be able to obtain a Notary within 90 days, and may need state-specific licenses (Chauffeur, Vehicle Verifier, or Salesperson) within defined timeframes. Must be 21+, able to read/write/speak English, and be available for long or flexible hours including weekends. Training is provided for driving the hauler, and the position offers competitive hourly pay with potential increases, benefits, and development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of customer-facing experience
- Notary in local jurisdiction within 90 days (sponsored by Carvana)
- Able to obtain DMV/title access systems
- Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, Missouri employees must obtain a Chauffeur's license or state specialty license within first two weeks
- California employees must obtain a Vehicle Verifier license within 90 days
- Nevada, Tennessee, and Virginia employees must apply for a Salesperson license within two weeks (condition of employment)
- Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license
- Must read, write, speak, and understand English
- Able to lift/carry/push/pull items up to 50 lbs
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and drive/load/unload vehicles
- Must pass drug test and DOT Medical Card
- Notary process sponsored by employer
- Possession or ability to obtain required licenses for state-specific requirements
- Safe driving history and ability to follow CMV Driver Qualification policy
