Job Summary
Lead and develop the local airline customer service training program at Abbotsford Airport (YXX), delivering in-class, online, and on-the-job instruction; maintain trainer documentation and course matrices; schedule and facilitate material to meet initial and recurrent requirements; represent EA in carrier train-the-trainer programs; provide hands-on job shadowing, coaching, equipment demonstrations, and instruction while promoting safe work practices; travel as needed with reimbursement; requires leadership to create a positive learning and working environment and proficiency with common software tools.
Required Qualifications
- Must have RAIC and a driver’s license
- Training experience in in-class, on-the-job and on-line settings
- At least 2 years of airline customer service experience
- Ability to travel, with reimbursement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
